1. Definitions

“yicePDF” means the photo-to-PDF software developed and published by Guangzhou Shuwei Factory Software Co., Ltd., in its the iOS version.
“The software” means the same thing as “yicePDF”.
“You” means the natural person or legal entity that installs and uses yicePDF.

2. Scope of licence

yicePDF is licensed on a one-time purchase basis. After paying once through the store, you may use the full functionality of V1.0 on your own devices, permanently. The licence involves no subscription and does not renew automatically.

The licence is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and cannot be sublicensed. You may install and use it on several devices that you own, but you may not share, rent, resell, or otherwise make the licence available to anyone else.

3. What you get

License: this app is licensed through a one-time purchase on the app store of your platform. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal; pricing and refunds follow that store's rules. All features are available once you have purchased it.

4. Restrictions

When using yicePDF, you must not:

• decompile, disassemble, crack, or otherwise obtain the source code of the software;
• bypass, remove, or circumvent the licence verification mechanism;
• use the software or any part of it for unlawful purposes, or process photos you have no right to process;
• remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notice or rights notice in the software.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the lawful origin, the right to use, and the compliance of all photos you process with yicePDF. Please do not use yicePDF to create or distribute content that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights.

The output is produced by a local, automated process. Please check it yourself before submitting — page order, dimensions, and content — against whatever requirements you are submitting to. yicePDF provides a preview, but it does not replace your final confirmation.

6. Intellectual property

The copyright in yicePDF's software, interface design, icons, and written content belongs to Guangzhou Shuwei Factory Software Co., Ltd. These terms grant you a right of use only, and transfer no intellectual property.

The photos you process and the PDFs you generate belong to you. yicePDF claims no rights over your content — in fact, we have no way to reach it.

7. Support and refunds

For refunds, use “Report a Problem” in the App Store, or write to us and we will help.

8. Disclaimer

yicePDF is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it running reliably, but we do not promise that it is free of defects, or that it behaves exactly as expected on every device and system version.

In no event are we liable for the following: loss of photos caused by a mistake in operation or a system fault; a failed application or submission caused by not checking the output before submitting it; and any indirect, incidental, or punitive loss.

Please back up important output yourself after exporting. Our total liability is capped at the licence fee you actually paid.

9. Changes to these terms

We may adjust these terms as the product evolves. Revised terms take effect when published on this page with an updated “Effective date”. If a change materially affects your rights, we will announce it prominently inside the app. Continuing to use yicePDF means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from these terms or from the use of yicePDF shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, it may be brought before a people's court with jurisdiction at the domicile of Guangzhou Shuwei Factory Software Co., Ltd.
