1. What we collect

Nothing. We collect no personal information. yicePDF does not ask you to register or sign in, and does not request your name, phone number, email address, national ID number, location, contacts, or device identifiers.

The app contains no third-party analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, and no crash reporting SDK. We do not know who uses yicePDF, or how often.

2. Where your photos are processed

Entirely on your device. Selecting photos, straightening edges, reordering, composing the PDF, compressing, cropping to a fixed size, and exporting — every step happens on your own phone or computer. Your photos are never copied, uploaded, or made to leave that device in any way.

The photos you select are loaded into app memory read-only in order to compose the PDF, and are released when the app exits. yicePDF keeps no additional copy of your photos on your device.

3. Permissions

yicePDF requests no sensitive permissions. It does not use full photo-library access, camera access, storage-write access, or location access.

You are able to pick photos because the system provides an out-of-process picker: you choose a handful of photos yourself and hand those to yicePDF. yicePDF receives only the ones you picked, and cannot see anything else in your library.

4. Network connections

Day-to-day use requires no network. Composing a PDF needs no connection at all and works in Airplane Mode.

On iOS the app makes no network requests at all. Purchases and purchase verification are handled entirely by the App Store and never reach our servers, and we never see your payment details.

5. How long data is kept

Your photos and the PDFs you compose stay on your device, and you decide when to delete them. Uninstalling the app removes all data within the app's scope.

6. Sharing with third parties

We do not provide, sell, or share your data with anyone. We have no data of yours to share.

License verification: on some platforms the app sends a single request to our licensing server. That request contains only the license credential itself and the verification time, and is used solely to confirm that your license is valid. On iOS, purchase and verification are handled entirely by the App Store and never reach our servers. Payments are processed by your platform's app store; we never see your payment details.

7. Minors

yicePDF is a general-purpose tool. It is not designed specifically for minors and collects no age information. If a guardian believes that a minor's use of the app has raised an issue that needs handling, they can reach us at the address below.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the “Effective date” accordingly. Any material change concerning how data is processed will be announced prominently inside the app. Continuing to use yicePDF means you accept the updated policy.
